Be sure to specify the make & model number of your machine on the order form. We will contact you before shipping if we find that your machine requires a different specific item (at possibly a different price) Also be sure to include your email address and phone number so we can contact you regarding delays or other messages pertinent to the transaction. We hate spam as much as you do and will never share your information with anyone or use it for any purpose other than filling your order in a timely and accurate manner.
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Paypal and credit card orders will be processed within two business days. (Note that details are collected using a SSL secured server.) Most money order and cashier check purchases will be sent on receipt of payment. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for personal checks to clear the bank.

Whenever possible, your order will be shipped by US Postal Service, Priority Mail.

Return Goods Policies: For customer-returned items, postage will not be refunded unless it is a mistake made by The Quilter's Portable. All refunds will be charged a restocking fee of 10% due to changes in processing fees, unless it is a mistake made by The Quilter's Portable.
